Adults Class

Class starts with a warm-up and stretches.

Individuals are then free to work on the skills/apparatus, and a coach is present to give guidance if necessary.

16 years +

PRICE: $146/10 week term OR $20 weekly.

Payment can be made on the day for casual attendance. We accept cash, EFTPOS OR online payments

Wednesday    7:30 pm - 9.00 pm
