Term 3 booking dates:

Current class members may book current class- from  Week 8 June 17th

Current members may change class from  Week 9 June 24th

Waitlist members may book from   Week 10 July 1st

New members may book from  July 8th.

IMPORTANT INFO: When you book you should receive an invoice almost immediately. This is confirmation that your booking has been successful. Please contact the office urgently if the invoice has not arrived within 15 minutes.

It is helpful if you notify us of absences from class.

• Omni Gymnastic Centre reserves the right to cancel Recreation Gymnastics and Trampoline classes that do not have a sufficient number of registrations. Participant's families will be notified and the children given a different class option should this occur. 

• Important: When booking is complete you should receive your invoice almost immediately. please make contact with the office if you dont get an invoice as this could mean that the booking has not gone through correctly.

• The 'member' is the gymnast - please DO NOT enter your parental email under your child's details , enter it under 'parents/guardians' (unless you are a teenage member with your own email that is different to your parent/guardian).  Please ensure you tick the 'receive emails on behalf of athlete' box so that you, as the parent, receive the emails.
  
  
• You can enter multiple children at one time and link them to the same parents/guardians, this is really important so you get your family discount.
  
  
• Please fill in as many of the fields as you can.
  
  
• This registration is valid for a single term only, but your details remain in the system for future terms to make re-enrolment as easy as a few clicks!

• Note that our fees are charged on a pro rata basis and are based on the number of sessions in each term.

Term Dates 2024

Term 1 2024: Monday January 29th - Sunday April 14th Please note Term 1 is 11 weeks. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday fees will be higher due to being charged for 11 classes.

No classes due to public holidays:

Waitangi Day: Tuesday, 6 February 2024

Good Friday: Friday, 29 March 2024

Easter Monday: Monday, 1 April 2024

Term fees will be adjusted to reflect these public holidays.

Term 2 2024: Monday April 29th to Sunday July 7th.

Matariki June 28th

HBPB Senior competition: June 8th-9th (No classes this weekend)
